Windows 10 version # 1909. These colors are veeeeeeeeery washed out. Above the 'use hdr' toggle switch is a hyperlink called 'windows hd color settings'. Power off the monitor, wait 15 seconds, and then power it back on. Supposedly adjusting color calibration under the display settings in control panel is supposed to resolve it but it was still washed out.

The lcd flatscreen is completely washed out, as if someone had turned the brightness way past max and turned the contrast down too.
